When will my order arrive?

The products that you have ordered that are in our stocks are shipped within 1-3 business days. If the product you have ordered is not available in our stocks, you will be informed. After the order is placed, it is not possible to change or cancel the order. Allow 1-3 days for domestic and 7-10 business days from your order date for delivery.

Will I pay for the shipping?

We are pleased to offer you a complimentary shipping in Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo. International orders are shipped via DHL with 40 USD fee.

How can I customize the product I see on online store?

When you would like to customize a product, you can create a form via Contact Us before making the purchase. You can send your request via phone, e-mail or in visit our store.

Is warranty valid on online purchase?

Aspendos offers a lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance for all products. If your package arrives damaged or with missing contents, please file a claim immediately. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product due to use or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by warranty and free maintenance.

What are the return and exchange policies?

You can contact us via info@aspendosjewellery.com or phone to return the item(s) directly to Aspendos within 14 days of the date of the invoice. If you reside in Republic of Turkey, return shipping is free. If you reside outside the Republic of Turkey, you will be responsible for all shipping and any duties/taxes on the replacement item(s). Returns and exchanges will be limited to items of unused jewelry with the tags attached. Returns of unused jewelry will be processed for either a credit card or store credit refund. Aspendos reserves the right to reject any item because the item has been used, is damaged or has been altered. Any such rejected item will be returned to you. Special or customized order/products cannot be returned or exchanged. As per the conditions of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
